2 – Stages Program

Suppose you store a firing program on Program Course 1 as follows.

• L Rise: 6°C/min
• L Temp: 300°C
• L Hold: 10 min
• M Rise: 11°C/min
• M Temp: 900°C
• M Hold: 1h 20 min
• Chime volume: High (2)

1. Turn the power on and press [▲▼] to set 1 on the program course and press [PRG.]
2. Press [▲▼] to set 6 °C/min and press [OK/PASS]
3. Press [▲▼] to set 300 °C/min and press [OK/PASS]
4. Press [▲▼] to set 0.20 hour and press [OK/PASS]
5. M Rise, M Temp, and M Hold are programmable in the same way as done in above
6. You have M Chime lamp being illuminated but at this process press [OK/PASS]
7. In the 2-STAGE PROGRAM, H process is not use so press [▲▼] to set PASS and press [OK/PASS]
8. Press [▲▼]to display on -2
9. Press [PRG.]

3 – STAGES PROGRAM

Suppose you store a firing program on Program Course 2 as follows.

• L Rise: 6°C/min
• L Temp: 300°C
• L Hold: 10 min
• M Rise: 11°C/min
• M Temp: 700°C
• M Hold: 5 min
• M Chime: Low (1)
• H Rise: 8°C/min
• H Temp: 900°C
• H Hold: 1 hour 20min
• Chime volume: High (2)

1. Turn the power on and press the [▲▼] to set 2 on the program course and press [PRG.]
2. Store the programs on L and M processes (Refer to 2-STAGES PROGRAM ABOVE)
3. When M chime lamp is illuminated, press [▲▼]to display on -1 and press [OK/PASS]
4. Press [▲▼] to set 8 °C/min and press [OK/PASS]
5. Press [▲▼] to set 900 °C/min and press [OK/PASS]
6. Press [▲▼] to set 1.20 hour and press [OK/PASS]
7. Press [▲▼]to display on -2
8. Press [PRG.]

Timer

Example: Start the Burnout Course 1 in 8h 30min.

1. Turn the power on and press [▲▼] to select 1 on the program course.
2. Press [PRESET] and press [▲▼] to program 8.30.

Quick Firing

Choose the programmed course of 2-STAGES or 3-STAGES firing and press [QUICK]. Heat goes up toward the highest temperature programmed in the process at the highest rise speed.

Note: Even in case of quick firing operation, program contents remain unchanged.

Major Error Messages

• Err 6: Thermocouple breakdown
• Err 11: Thermocouple is abnormal or heater breakdown
